The position of the hotel was good as it was located on the seafront of Stone Town. It was nice to have a pool and the building itself was pretty and historic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The location in Stone Town was great. The staff were nice and helpful. Nice to have a pool after sweaty walks in the city. The old style of the decor was charming. The breakfast was good, especially the avocado!! Lots of fruit and good bread.

We booked the Presidential room, which was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the harbour. The little hotel pool was nice for a refreshing dip, and was a popular place in the afternoon.

1. Location : Perfect if you want to visit Stone Town. What's more, it is 5 minutes away walking from the ferry terminal, which is good because you will probably be harassed by people asking you if you need a taxi or a tour to any island.2. Decoration of Hotel: Very authentic 3. Breakfast: Complete and good with some local food.

Breakfast was poor quality- this was the weakest part of Misingani-felt very cheap and not enough fresh food variety
